Before your First Appointment

After we schedule your first appointment, lookout for an e-mail to make an account on Headway.com. Through this account, you can input your insurance information or other form of payment, receive intake paperwork to review and sign online, appointment reminders, and secure HIPPA-compliant messaging platform to communicate with me.

Therapy is usually once a week but can be more depending on needs and clinical recommendations. Therapy sessions are 1 hour long. After 2 sessions, you and I will create treatment goals we will work diligently towards.

During Therapy Treatment

I accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, HAP, Oscar Health, and some EAP plans. I am actively working to take Medicare and Medicaid very soon. The private pay fee for each therapy session is $150.
